The EK-UNC is designed to fill any type of container evenly thanks to an automatic conveyor belt feed system, the speed of which can be easily adjusted by means of a mechanical variator. The soil is filled by means of an integrated shaker, which guarantees uniform distribution of the substrate in each cell, while a rotating brush with four compacting blades, with adjustable speed and pressure, levels and compacts the soil in a precise and constant manner.

From a technical point of view, the EK-UNC container filler is made entirely of painted steel, a choice that ensures resistance to wear and a long life even in intensive work environments.

Another distinctive feature is its ease of movement. The EK-UNC is equipped with practical handles and two wheels, which allow it to be moved easily even in confined work spaces, facilitating maintenance, cleaning or simple repositioning.

The hourly productivity is about 400 containers per hour, compatible with a wide range of sizes and types.

The EK-UNC is designed to be easily integrated in line with the automatic seeder SE 18 P and watering machine for containers BNG C 21, thus offering a complete solution for the mechanisation of the sowing process. The interaction between the filler and the seeder allows the entire processing cycle to be automated, improving operational efficiency and considerably reducing manual intervention.

Optional extras include a de-stacker for rigid trays, useful for quickly separating pre-formed containers, and a roller conveyor for wetting the containers, which allows the pots to be irrigated immediately after filling to improve the stability of the soil.
