HARVESTER PLANT CUTTER MTBR PLUS

The MTBR PLUS harvesting machine is designed and built entirely by Moirano C.M. for cutting and harvesting aromatic plants (basil, lavender, parsley, etc.), ready-to-eat vegetables and other plants for cutting in open fields. The cutting system adopted is a high-performance one, allowing for a clean and precise cut, suitable for guaranteeing a perfect cut to protect the health and appearance of the plant, which, growing more quickly, will increase the yield of the product.
The standard trimmer/harvester can load three bins at a time: one remains under the loading belt, two are stacked on the folding platform and can be easily handled with the TCM 15 J Moirano. It is driven by a joystick conveniently located on the control panel on board the machine, and forward, reverse and steering manoeuvres are simple, comfortable, fast and safe thanks to the dead man’s button. The mulcher is equipped with a 25 HP liquid-cooled Kubota engine, for high and reliable performance during cutting operations. MTBR PLUS is equipped with DOUBLE SPEED tracks (2.5 km/h for cutting and 5 km/h for travelling) that allow it to be moved quickly even on muddy ground without damaging the terrain. It is also equipped with stabilising wheels for cutting at a height that can be adjusted from the standard control panel. The speed of the product loading belt and the blade cutting are adjustable from the control panel on board the machine. The bin platform at the back of the machine can be folded to facilitate movement and transport.
