The SE 18 P seed drill for plant containers is a professional machine designed to ensure precise and efficient broadcast sowing in seed trays, alveolar trays and small-diameter pots. Made with a painted steel structure and components in stainless steel and aluminium, the SE 18 P is highly resistant and durable even in the most intensive operating conditions. It works thanks to an automatic system: when the trays are placed on the feed belt, a proximity sensor stops the container and starts the sowing cycle. During the process, the rotating roller releases the seeds by dropping them, placing them exactly in the first row, in the centre of each cell or pot, while a digital control panel allows you to intuitively adjust the belt feed, based on the distance between the cells, to ensure perfect centring.
With adjustable speed and the possibility to set from 8 to 18 positions, the SE 18 P can be flexibly adapted to different types of crops. The SE 18 P is supported by two wheels and handles on opposite sides that facilitate transport and movement. Furthermore, optional extras such as the vermiculite dispenser and spare sowing rollers allow you to customise the machine according to your specific production needs.
The SE18PS model is available specifically for single-seed sowing. This model has a built-in suction pump that allows you to pick up and deposit a single seed per cell, reducing waste and ensuring high precision.
