The BNG C 21 container moisturiser is a highly specialised machine for floriculture and horticulture, designed to guarantee uniform moisturising of containers and rigid trays. Operation and Advantages
In perfect synergy with the EK UNCfilling machine and the SE 18 P seeder, the BNG C 21 moistening machine allows you to uniformly moisten containers filled with soil, seeds or young plants. It is simple and intuitive to use: the container is placed in the machine and transported under the spraying area by a toothed conveyor belt, the speed of which can be adjusted by a mechanical variator. During the passage, the three interchangeable nozzles with automatic start dehumidify the product, while the excess water is collected in a special container with a side drain and hose connector.
To make it easier to move around the production site, the machine is equipped with two 4.008 wheels and two convenient ergonomic handles, which allow for easy and safe transport even in confined spaces or between different workstations.
The amount of liquid dispensed can be customised according to the specific needs of the customer, thanks to the possibility of choosing between different interchangeable nozzles. This makes the machine extremely flexible and suitable for a variety of horticultural and floricultural productions.
